Day One-The one with the lunch at Holy Smoke

OK-so today started off pretty good-of course my first thought when I woke up was (as usual), when can I take a nap. But I forced myself to take my pill and started drinking lots of water....that way even if I wanted to lay down for a nap, I could only do it for about 10 minutes before I would need to get up and use the potty. So anyway, I could tell the phentermine was working because I really wasn't hungry until lunch and then I pigged out on pulled pork at Holy Smoke. But what I love about the phen. is that I don't have the cravings for the sweets like I usually do so that is so good! I got a lot done at home today too-I got the boys room really clean and started to work on my bedroom.
Here's a list of what I ate today-Banana, Slim Fast, Holy Smoke, Banana, Chicken Cordon Bleu, had a couple diet cokes and tried to drink a lot of water. Right now it's 10pm and I'm pretty hungry. I think I might just try to have a bowl of cereal or some yogurt and try to go to bed early. I did get my 1st day of running in and logged all that into my running for women logbook.
Overall, my attitude today could have been better. Here is a list of what I am thankful for today-my baby Zac and the way he loves you to read books to him, Jesse has started wearing his glasses everyday now, my new calling in the church and my job.
